We process your data based on the GDPR and the TDDDG. This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Strato pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Data Collection

Server Log Files

The hoster automatically collects and stores information in log files (IP address, timestamp, browser type, referrer URL). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure operation of the service. Data is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

Registration

We store your email address and password (hashed) for account functionality. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR — performance of a contract.

Usage Data

We process generated QR codes and file links necessary to provide the service. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

Cookies

We use only one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or third-party cookies are used (TDDDG § 25 (2) No. 2).
